EDUCATION
Serving youth in Cherokee County with counseling and prevention programs. The philosophy behind our education initiatives is that when students have access to caring and trusted adults, they can overcome any obstacle. Our education programs serve students with social and emotional interventions both inside and outside of school.
BASIC NEEDS
Our approaches to intervention, rehabilitation and prevention work together to ensure that people in crisis don’t stay that way. During personal hardships and emergencies, Baylor’s Care addresses immediate needs, offers long-term support when necessary and educates with prevention outreach programs.
We address the social determinants of health to address the opportunities and barriers in people’s lives created by where they live, learn, work, play, and age that affects their overall well-being.
FAMILY SERVICES
Our Family Strengthening programs not only help connect individual family units, they also provide an opportunity to build relationships with other families. Parents build a network of trust and shared values with other parents, increasing their involvement with their child’s school and with their overall community.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH
As a faith-based 501c3 nonprofit organization, we believe it is our social responsibility to improve the welfare of society through community outreach, education and access to vital resources.
Baylor’s Care aims to continue to reach out to those who have made mistakes in the past, the forgotten, the lonely, and the dreamers to continue to encourage them to become active and productive citizens in our community.
